A Community Power Forum

The first of three exciting pilot events bringing together local people and community organisations based in:

Gorton, Abbey Hey and Levenshulme

Ancoats, Beswick, Clayton and Openshaw

Ardwick and Longsight

Building on the brilliant work of the VCSE network and GM Live Well, our aim is to come together with key leaders in our localities from Manchester City Council and local health services. We shall create meaningful connections, learn from each other, amplify our voice and share power to ensure that community voice is at the heart of decision making. We will look at the issues close to our hearts to help strengthen our communities and empower people to thrive.

Whether you are a seasoned community champion or a newly involved local community group organiser, these events aim to provide everyone with an equal voice, recognising the invaluable insights and experiences you bring. Your participation and voice are essential in shaping the path forward.
