I invite you to join me for a beautiful candlelit evening of Sound Healing, Restorative Yoga and Relaxation. Taking a pause from the busyness of life to let go and find deep physical and mental rest is a wonderful way to restore your spirits as the seasons shift.
I’ll guide you through a very slow-paced series of fully-supported, long-held and deeply restful Restorative Yoga postures to relieve physical, mental and emotional stress. No physical effort is required in this type of yoga, only total surrender into the bolsters, cushions, pillows and blankets that hold you. Combined with some gentle breathing techniques and a guided Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep), you’ll experience the most profound state of deep relaxation.
Ellie of Phoenix Gongs will take you on a magical sound journey, immersing you in the incredible healing sounds of her Gongs, Quartz Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, and chimes, leading you into a meditative state where any energetic disharmony can be retuned to support your overall sense of wellbeing.
