A Cacao Ceremony with Clinical Hypnosis + Sound Experience

Join us for an intentional, Sunday Funday experience hosted by Maddie Mackey of Media On The Rise, in collaboration with Twine Together, Caitlin Fahey of The Good Muck, and the Rise & Thrive SD community.

This gathering is rooted in personal story, intentional connection, and creating space for women to both rest and rise.

Maddie’s connection to cacao runs deep. Influenced by her grandmother from Nicaragua and years spent traveling between Nicaragua and Costa Rica, she later discovered that her grandmother’s farm primarily grew cacao. What began as a personal wellness practice became something more meaningful. A full-circle connection to lineage, culture, and purpose.

This ceremony is an offering of that connection.

We’ll begin by slowing down together with a guided cacao experience designed to open the heart, support clarity, and create space for more honest, aligned connection. Cacao is known for its gentle, grounding properties, often bringing a sense of warmth, presence, and ease into both conversation and reflection.

From there, Caitlin of The Good Muck will guide us into a deeply restorative clinical hypnosis and sound session. This portion of the experience is designed to help you release what you’ve been holding, reconnect with your intuition, and reprogram your subconscious mind (where 95% of your beliefs, stories, and patterns reside) to create change at the source.

Together, this is an opportunity to step out of the constant doing and into a space of receiving, reflection, and real connection.
