The vibrant energy of spring is upon us, and with it new life abounds everywhere. Trees are forming new leaves, eggs are hatching with new birds and the buds of flowers are emerging from the warming earth. At this time of renewal and rebirth, we have the opportunity to check in with our own budding and blossoming. During this workshop, we will identify the areas of our lives that are in the budding stage, so that we can create a nourishing environment that will encourage them to flower and bring abundance through the rest of the year.

Join Lauren to celebrate and stimulate the energy of spring with a 2-hour experience of asana, pranayama and seasonal meditation to launch into spring with vigor.

Workshop Cancellation Policy:
There are no refunds. Cancellations made by 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will receive a studio credit toward services (not retail products) for the amount paid. Cancellations made after 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will not receive a refund or credit.
