A Blue Moon Women’s Circle — An Immersive Sensory Experience
About this Event

Description

Under the rare energy of the Blue Moon, we gather for an evening of awakening the senses and returning to the intimacy of being alive embracinbg the spring theme of the flowers blooming.

A Blue Moon is a moment of amplification —
a time where what is felt becomes clearer, stronger, more alive.

This is an invitation to step out of the mind and back into the body.
To soften into sensation.
To remember the quiet, powerful language of your senses.

After the gentle opening of the Flower Moon, this circle invites you to go deeper…
into feeling, pleasure, and presence.

Not performative.
Not forced.
But a natural remembering of what it is to be here, in your body, in your life.

🌿 What We’ll Explore

– Awakening the five senses through guided experiences
– Reconnecting to the body and the present moment
– Exploring pleasure as presence, not performance
– Deepening intimacy with yourself and life

What to Expect

🕯 Opening Circle & Grounding
Arriving together and setting the tone for the evening

🍫 Sensory Rituals & “Sensual Delights”
A guided journey through taste, touch, scent, sound and sight
(working gently with natural elements, textures, and simple pleasures)

🌀 Embodied Movement & Expression
Slow, intuitive movement to awaken the body and energy

🌙 Connection & Reflection
Moments of stillness, journaling, and optional sharing

Deep Relaxation & Integration
A guided rest to allow everything to settle and be received

Energy of the Evening

This is a space of soft sensuality, presence, and aliveness
where nothing needs to be performed or achieved.

A space to:
– feel more
– listen more deeply
– experience yourself in a fuller way

A bit about your hosts:

Event Photos

Clare is a visionary yoga teacher, retreat leader, sound healer, and founder of Wild With Clare and The Quaives Retreat Centre. Her path has been one of constant exploration — from studying Environmental Science and traveling around the world, to creating a thriving yoga business in London and establishing a sanctuary for transformation in the Kent countryside.

For over 14 years, Clare has woven together the disciplines of yoga, Ayurveda, sound healing, feminine embodiment, and cyclical living into experiences that honour the rhythms of both nature and the body. Her teachings are grounded in real life — informed by motherhood, healing, and rebirth — and infused with a deep reverence for beauty, ritual, and the wisdom of the earth.

Through Wild With Clare, she now curates retreats, circles, and trainings that invite women to explore both inner landscapes and outer adventures. Her work is guided by the belief that we thrive in flow, not force, and that healing happens when we remember our connection to the wild — within and without.

Clare's intention in holding these healing events for women is to provide a space where women;

  • share and revive the lost sacred feminine wisdom by bringing it forth into their everyday lives with courage and curiosity, empowering their friends and future generations to do the same.
  • are celebreated for the golorious creatures they are and feel supported to explore the truth behind their feelings, emotions and desires so they can better express these in the wider world, work and relationships.
  • find amazing deep lasting connections with other powerful women and feel supported by this beautiful network to make lasting positive changes that will increase their happiness, fulfilment and self-realisation.

In all of her work Clare offers a safe, compassionate and supportive space for others to gain knowledge and become more confident in their bodies and life choices.
