A Bite of Boulder Vol 2 - Cookbook Launch Party!
It’s time to celebrate! Join us at Rosetta Hall for the official launch of our cookbook: A Bite of Boulder: Volume 2 — an evening dedicated to the incredible food, restaurants, and people who make Boulder’s culinary community so special.
Come hungry! Six featured restaurants will be serving tastes of their recipes straight from the pages of the new cookbook. Sip a featured cocktail, grab a drink from the bar, and spend the evening mingling with chefs, restaurateurs, cookbook contributors, and fellow food lovers.

Most of all, this party is our chance to say thank you. This book was made possible by an extraordinary community of restaurants, chefs, recipe testers, supporters, friends, and neighbors who gave their time, talents, stories, recipes, and encouragement to bring Volume 2 to life. We couldn’t imagine launching it without celebrating alongside the people who helped make it happen.
