Through fourteen major surgeries and recurrent use of a wheelchair due to severe rheumatoid arthritis and myasthenia gravis, Lisa has maintained a fulfilling and positive life. She has served as an administrative law judge, policy advisor for the Michigan Senate and Governor, and continues to champion the dignity of life through her writing and advocacy.
