Join us for a revitalizing Hatha Yoga class run by our teacher Sukanya; a class that brings together the power of movement and breath. This session will focus on Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation), a dynamic sequence of yoga asanas designed to energize and align the body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner, you'll be guided through each pose with mindfulness, fostering flexibility, strength, and balance.
Complementing the physical practice, we will incorporate Pranayama (breathing techniques) to deepen your breath awareness, enhance mental clarity, and promote relaxation. The combination of asanas and controlled breathing will leave you feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and more connected to your inner self.
