9th Annual Lauren Giddings 5K
About this Event
Registration begins at 10 a.m., and the race starts at 11 a.m.
Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome to participate, and children and pets are encouraged to join the event. Registration is $25 per runner, or $35 for registration that includes a T-shirt. Walk-up registration will be available on race day.
In the event of inclement weather, organizers will implement a backup plan to ensure the event can proceed.
Organized annually by AWLS, the Lauren Giddings 5K is a meaningful tradition within the Mercer Law School community. Proceeds from the event provide scholarships to third-year AWLS students preparing to take the Bar exam, while honoring the memory and legacy of 2011 Mercer Law graduate Lauren Giddings.
