9D Breathwork Session - Grief & Loss
About this Event
9D Breathwork Session - Grief & Loss
What is 9D Breathwork?
9D Breathwork is an immersive, multi-sensory healing experience that combines conscious connected breathing with nine engineered audio and therapeutic layers—such as binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies, and hypnotherapy—to bypass the thinking mind, regulate the nervous system, and release deep-seated emotional blockages.
Four dimensions of change
Nervous System Regulation
The root of your moods, triggers, and reactions lives in the nervous system. 9D resets the dial, moving you out of chronic fight-or-flight and into a more regulated, grounded state where calm becomes your new default.
Emotional Release
Most people carry years of unprocessed grief, anger, shame, and fear locked in the body. 9D bypasses the intellect and works directly with the nervous system to surface, move, and release what's been stored - creating space for something new.
Mind-Body Reconnection
We live in our heads. We ignore the signals. And we call it normal. 9D breaks that pattern. As you breathe, sensation returns. Awareness sharpens. The body starts speaking again, and this time, you're listening. We bring you back into your body so you can lead with clarity and power.
Subconscious Repatterning
Your subconscious runs the majority of your behavior. Through breath, coaching, and frequency-based cues, 9D helps you access and rewrite the patterns that have been quietly running the show.
Grief & Loss | 9D Breathwork
Grief can take many forms.
It may follow the passing of someone you love, the end of a significant relationship, the loss of a career, a major life change, or the letting go of a version of yourself or your life that once felt familiar.
Sometimes grief feels overwhelming. At other times, it can show up as numbness, disconnection, keeping constantly busy, or simply feeling unable to move through what you’re carrying.
Grief & Loss is a 9D Breathwork journey created to provide space to acknowledge, feel and explore grief in a supported environment — without needing to rush, suppress or make sense of it.
The journey begins gently, using grounding and slower breathing techniques to support connection with the body and create a sense of safety. From there, it gradually moves into more activating breathwork and somatic practices, creating space for emotional expression and release, before returning to slower breathing, integration and rest.
Throughout the experience, you’ll be guided to honour what has been lost while also exploring what it may mean to carry the love, memories and lessons forward.
This journey may support you to:
- Create space for emotions that may have felt difficult to access or express
- Explore feelings of grief, sadness, anger, numbness or loss
- Reconnect with your body after periods of disconnection or emotional overwhelm
- Release built-up emotional and physical tension
- Honour memories and experiences without feeling you have to “move on” from them
- Explore attachment to what has changed or ended
- Create space for acceptance, self-compassion and a sense of moving forward
- Finish feeling more grounded, connected and supported
This journey moves through both down-regulation and activation. It begins with slower, grounding breathwork before progressing into stronger conscious breathing and emotional expression, then gradually guides you back towards regulation and integration.
Grief doesn’t follow a timeline, and this journey isn’t about forgetting, fixing or forcing yourself to move on. It’s an invitation to make space for what is present, honour what mattered, and reconnect with yourself as you navigate what comes next.
