Join this multi-sensory soundscape experience that promotes emotional release, self-discovery & helps you reconnect with your true self.
About this Event

9D Breathwork is an innovative and transformative practice that combines advanced breathwork techniques with a multi-sensory sound experience. Utilizing conscious connected breathing, participants enter a heightened state of awareness, allowing them to connect deeply with their inner selves and facilitate profound healing and transformation. This experience is enhanced by the integration of binaural beats, isochronic tones, solfeggio frequencies, and bioacoustic sound effects, all designed to support your journey into deeper states of consciousness.

Through this immersive approach, participants are invited to explore their subconscious mind, awaken their inner healer, and release emotional blockages. The specially curated soundscapes create an environment that promotes relaxation, emotional release, and personal insight, enabling profound shifts in perspective and energy.

This 9D Breathwork Journey theme:

From Fury to Freedom

Buddha says: “Holding on to Anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it on to someone else, but you are the one that is getting burned”

This journey is designed to help people heal through the powerful catalytic transformative emotion of RAGE to move towards inner peace and the freedom of true accurate expression and communication. Breath holds are integrated with intent to activate the body and connect with the sensations of the energy of anger and rage. Powerful visualizations, NLP techniques, binaural beats, subliminal messages, affirmations are all part of this experience to create an immersive experience for breathers to make peace with the wounded unexpressed parts of themselves, forging a path for inner peace and inner resolve.

Healing through rage will help develop more clarity for better articulation in communication, deepen self-connection, and support the transformation of these powerful emotions - enabling more authentic connection with loved ones from a place of understanding and self-compassion.

Brace yourself - this is not for the faint hearted!

What to Expect:

During each 9D Breathwork session, participants can anticipate a dynamic and enriching experience that combines active breathing, guided visualization, and immersive soundscapes. Participants are encouraged to engage with their feelings, express themselves authentically, and embrace the transformative power of the breath. Expect to uncover deeper insights, heal emotional wounds, and tap into your inherent wisdom.

Experiences during the inward journey may include:

✨ Accessing memories from the past and reframing them with compassion

✨ Connecting with the inner child and rediscovering joy and creativity

✨ Engaging in a dialogue with any internal fears, leading to personal empowerment

✨ Experiencing a sense of lightness and freedom while letting go of limiting beliefs

✨ Receiving intuitive insights or messages from a higher self or spirit guides

✨ Experiencing physical sensations of release as energy and emotions flow through the body

Important Information:

9D Breathwork is a powerful practice that may evoke intense emotions and physical sensations. Participants are encouraged to embrace the experience fully, trusting in their ability to navigate whatever arises. Each participant is always in control of their journey, and can adjust their breathing pattern to manage the intensity of the experience.

We recommend you arrive on an empty stomach with no food or caffeine 2-3 hours before the event. If you do want to eat, please do your best to keep it to a light meal to maximise your journey.

Contraindications:

While 9D Breathwork can be transformative, it may not be suitable for everyone. If you have a history of seizure disorders, cardiovascular issues, or severe mental health challenges, please consult with a healthcare professional before participating. This workshop is not recommended for individuals under the age of 16 or pregnant women without prior discussion.

Trigger Warning:

The nature of this practice encourages authentic expression, which may manifest as vocalizations, movement, or emotional release. Participants are invited to honor their own process while respecting the journeys of others. If participants are feeling overwhelmed or triggered, they can signal for support. For those seeking a gentler approach, private sessions are available.

Event Photos

Things to note:

Centre of You has plenty of bolsters, blankets, and cushions for you to get cosy with. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose clothes to enable deep breathing and sitting/laying upon the floor with ease. Something to cover your eyes, if you wish to do so (eg. eye mask, scarf). A journal is recommended as are any familiar personal items that will aid you in feeling grounded (crystal, teddy, scarf, etc).

Personal responsibility: Please make an assessment on whether you are feeling stable and resourced enough to explore the practices on offer in this event.

No Photo/Video Content Will Be Captured: We recognise that being at an event where content is being captured can impact the personal comfort and nervous system regulation of our community. As such, it should be known upfront that this event is a photo and video free space. No content will be captured. We ask all participants to honor this agreement in respect of the shared experience by placing any recording devices away on arrival.

Arrival: Endeavour to arrive between 6:45pm - 7:00pm. To preserve the experience for all involved, doors will close at 7:15pm. Truly, it breaks our heart to have to turn latecomers away yet the disruption to the whole group experience by virtue of lateness does require management. We ask that you find understanding and consideration for the timebound nature of the container and make every effort to arrive on time.

Driving: Know Centre of You is on Chapel St and ample time to find a car spot is best to be factored into your plans. Park direct on Chapel St (spots unmetered after 5pm) or in Anchor Place, the open-air parking lot in the side street that runs opposite Centre of You (unmetered after 4pm).

Public transport - tram: Both the number 6 tram & 78 tram stop on the corner of High St/Chapel St. This is stop 31 on the number 6 tram (Moreland/Glen Iris) & stop 45 on the number 78 tram (North Richmond/Balaclava).

Public transport - train: Both Prahran & Windsor stations along the Sandringham Line will get you walking distance to Centre of You.

Finding Centre of You: Centre of You is nestled within the arcade that Chapel St Bazaar is in (217 Chapel St). It is up a flight of stairs with a wide landing at the half-way-point. Unfortunately, this current version of Centre of You does not have a wheelchair accessible lift. If you could use support in getting up the stairs or would like to discuss ways to make your experience at Centre of You more comfortable, please reach out via [email protected] or via DM over on Centre of You Instagram.

Accessibility: At COY we aim to ensure our community and events are inclusive and accessible while alongside upholding the needs and responsibilities of our business and the businesses of our collaborating facilitators. Should you be in a time of financial challenge and unable to pay the full ticket price comfortably, please reach out via [email protected] or via DM over on Centre of You Instagram

Ticketing T&Cs: We get it, life happens, therefore we will gladly refund you up until 24hrs before the event start time. After that, we have a strict no refund/no transfer to future events policy. If you are no longer able to attend and wish to pay forward your ticket to someone within the community, be in touch via [email protected] or via DM over on Centre of You Instagram.
