NEW TO SAN DIEGO - 9D Breathwork is an in-person wellness experience designed to support nervous system regulation, release stored stress, and restore emotional balance all through a guided multiple dimensional breathwork practice.

This guided experience blends layered sound, frequency, and conscious breathing to help your body move out of survival mode and into a grounded, regulated state. This is about regulation, not performance, you’ll spend most of the session lying down. We’ll begin with a brief introduction, then you’ll be provided with headphones and an eye mask to fully immerse inward, creating a deeply personal experience that allows you to focus on yourself and the intentional healing you’re seeking.

Stress, overwhelm, emotional fatigue, and reactivity are signals your nervous system needs space to reset. This transformational experience helps you work through that and release it from within.

Please bring your own yoga mat and anything you'll need to be comfortable laying on the floor for an extended amount of time.

Who This Is For
Ideal for anyone feeling overwhelmed, burned out, stressed, or emotionally overloaded. No prior breathwork experience required.

What to Expect & Bring
You’ll receive step-by-step guidance in a calm, private small group environment. You may lie down or sit comfortably. Headphones and eye masks are provided.
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. Be prepared to relax and simply follow along.

To preserve the quality and safety of the experience, space is limited to 12 participants. Once full, registration closes. A liability waiver is required and will be provided upon check in at the event.
