This is 90 minutes of time for YOU to allow you to slow down and surrender into the stillness of Yoga Nidra, followed by the crystal bowl sound healing.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique that induces a deep state of relaxation between sleep and wakefulness. It's also known as yogic sleep. It creates stillness and relaxing feeling within your body and mind.
It will be then followed by a magical crystal bowl sound healing. You will surrender into the vibrations and frequencies of the sound magic.
Setting a magical intention and releasing what no longer serves you and just being present in the moment of stillness and calmness.
It is a lovely way to finish a busy week and start your weekend with clarity and rest.
Note: The session isn't suitable for anyone suffering with epilepsy, pregnancy (1st trimester), anyone with metal plate in the body. Please ensure to fill in the medical form if you are joining my class for the first time.
