9/11 Service Project - Tempe Healing Field - Stand Up Flags

The 25th Anniversary of the tragic day of September 11, 2001, shall never be forgotten. The Tempe Healing Field pays tribute to all the lives lost that day. Join TMF and other volunteers at the Memorial to set up flags for each individual who died due to the 9/11 tragedy. In addition, if you are able to stay to help place the names on each flag, that would be of great assistance to the organizers. This is often a task completed by only a handful of people, so extra hands are always appreciated.
Limited parking is available at Tempe Beach Park. Parking is also available at 201 S. Ash Ave. parking garage across the street for free that morning. Meet by 5:30am for directions to start the project in front of the staging area.
