Homemade Pasta and Pesto Making Workshop

Join us for a fun, hands-on in-person workshop at Rio Salado College where you'll learn how to make delicious homemade pasta and fresh pesto from scratch. No experience needed—just bring your appetite and excitement! Let's roll up our sleeves and create some tasty Italian classics together. Perfect for food lovers looking to impress family and friends with their cooking skills.

Rio Salado culinary workshops are designed for the beginner and are fun and low pressure. Workshops are hands on and participants will be standing for the majority of the workshop. Workshops are generally made up of 12-16 students and we work in teams of 4. We want the group to work safely, learn new techniques and recipes to their culinary repertoire and most importantly, HAVE FUN! Proper kitchen attire is required which includes: closed toe shoes, long pant and long or short sleeve shirt. Please restrain hair while in the kitchen. Can't wait to see you there!
