Join Us for the 9/11 Honor Challenge!
You will compete in teams of 2. Choose your own teammate if you have one, or sign up, and we will assign you a teammate in your division on the day of competition.
9 exercises and 11 laps. Exercises consist of: Partner Carry, Burpee Broad Jump, Sand Bag Lunges, Sled Drive, Air Bike, Tire Flip, Row, Medicine Ball Over Yoke, Search and Victim Removal. Each lap is 490 meters for a total distance of 3.4 miles.
