This training is designed to build a strong foundation in anatomy, movement mechanics, and safe teaching practices. Trainees will explore how the body moves and functions, learning to apply anatomical principles to cue reformer exercises effectively and prevent injury. The program emphasizes proper alignment, modifications, and thoughtful progressions so instructors can confidently support clients of all levels and abilities in reformer Pilates classes.
Each day we will meet from 9:30 am-4:30 pm, with a lunch break from 12:30 to 1:30 pm

October 3-4 and 24-25
November 7-8
