WHY WE MOVE: This event is more than just fun; it’s personal. As a coronary artery disease survivor, former American Heart Association National Real Woman (2021), and AstraZeneca National Heart Mentor (2021-2024), I’ve seen firsthand how movement saves lives. I’ve shared my journey alongside Bob Harper on the TODAY Show, and now I’m bringing that same passion and advocacy home to our community.
