Join us for this 11th edition of this fun fall festival that attracts 3,000+ families/community from Olentangy, Delaware, Worthington, Powell, Westerville, Delaware County and surrounding areas for one of Central Ohio’s most festive fall celebrations! Below are the registration details

EVENT DETAILS

• How it works: Indoor & Outdoor event! We use the schools indoor gymnasium and huge patio & greenspace westside behind the school. Families pre-register to attend the event and its various fun activities. Admission is free
• Expected Attendance: 4,000 – 5,000+

• Fun items: Fun fall festival includes free pumpkin patch, Olentangy Pumpkin Run, hay rides, petting zoo, pony rides, costume contests, Bluey & Stitch Character Meet & Treat, Huge bounce park, Minion Frankenstein mini golf, carnival games, new tunnel & fort zone, magician performance, Deal or No Deal Game Show, Limbo & Hula Hoop Contest, Bubble house, Character Trivia Contest, music, balloon artist, face painter, bubble zone, free cotton candy, cookies, popcorn, food and treat trucks and more!
• Community Booths & Resource Fair: This family event helps parents get ready for fall & winter by connecting them with local community resources, find classes (kids or adults), activities, education, childcare, health & wellness, items for their house, shopping, or simply things that you need when you are an adult (insurance, buying a home, or just other adult stuff).

- 1 of 9 destinations on Scavenger Hunt – 60-70% of attendees visit booth

• OPTION #3: CRAFTER or MOM PRODUCT: $90 – 3 Available

- Must make your own items or product like Mary Kay/Avon, etc

Vendor space is 10x10 Outdoors or 8x8 Indoors – You need to provide own table/chairs/tent (if outdoors)
