Admission & Check-in

• Step 1: Purchase your ticket on this Eventbrite page to secure your entrance.
• Step 2: Present your ticket confirmation at check-in to receive event-exclusive admission gifts and a wristband for re-entry.Your wristband is the only proof of re-entry after check-in. Each attendee may receive only one wristband, so please keep it safe.

Please Note:

• ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased. Refunds will only be offered in the event of material changes to the Event (date, venue, or significant reduction in scope) or cancellation due to force majeure.
• Check-in opens at 10:00 AM. No entry after 4:00 PM.
• Attendees must be 18 years of age or older as of August 15, 2026. Proof of age may be required upon entry.
• A separate ticket is required for each day (August 15 and 16). Tickets are not transferable between days.
• Upon check-in, you will receive a colored wristband for re-entry. Day 1 and Day 2 wristbands have different colors and are not interchangeable. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be reissued.
• Walk-in admission may be available, subject to capacity and at the Organizer’s discretion.
• Attendees must treat all persons at the Event with respect. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee for disruptive, harmful, or illegal behavior without refund.
• Prohibited items include: weapons of any kind, alcohol from outside the venue, illegal substances, tobacco products, e-cigarettes, and vapes, drones, and professional recording equipment without accreditation.
• Only cosplay of Azur Lane characters is permitted. All cosplay must be family-friendly, and the props used may not be functional weapons.
• Attendees are strictly prohibited from touching, climbing on, or otherwise interacting with event installations (including itasha vehicles, decorative structures, or other displayed items) in any manner that may cause damage. Any attendee who causes damage will be held fully liable.
• Event merchandise will also be available on the official Yostar Store after the Event. All on-site merchandise sales are final. Quality defect claims must be raised in person at the Merchandise Zone during Event hours (10:00 AM – 4:30 PM PDT). No claims will be accepted after the Event.
