In the final week of our 8 Dimensions of Wellness series, we’ll focus on Social Wellness and Financial Wellness—two areas that are vital for resilience and peace of mind.
Social Wellness: Learn how staying socially connected supports brain health and emotional well-being. Presenter: Tessa Hobbs-Curley, Illinois Extension Family Life Educator
Financial Wellness: Hear real fraud cases from Blackhawk Bank & Trust and gain tools to spot red flags, protect personal information, and avoid scams. Presenters: Amy Hood & Jennifer Kline, Blackhawk Bank & Trust
