Hi, I'm Jhenn! I'm a former head chef and have been certified by the Japanese government as a traditional Japanese washoku chef. I'd love for you to join me and enjoy a taste of Japan with food not found in restaurants.

A supper club is a private event where people from around the world gather at one table to converse and connect over a unique dining experience!

1 Sesame Custard with wasabi

2 Chef's choice: shiraae, yakiwakame, kinpira

3 Higansoba: Soba noodles

4 Grilled seitan yakitori

5 Steamed lotus root dumpling

6 Rice, homemade miso soup, homemade pickles

7 Pickled ginger jelly

8 Miso caramel sticky buns with azuki beans
