8/8 Reset: Reiki & Sound for Realignment

The 8/8 Portal is often associated with alignment, reflection, and stepping into a more intentional version of yourself.

This afternoon experience is designed as a soft reset—a space to slow down, release built-up tension, and reconnect with your body in a supportive, grounded way.

You’ll be guided through a blend of group Reiki and immersive sound healing, working together to calm the nervous system, support emotional release, and create space for clarity.

No prior experience with Reiki or sound baths is needed—just come as you are.

• Feeling overwhelmed, mentally busy, or emotionally drained
• Carrying stress or tension in your body
• Craving rest but struggling to slow down

• Gentle grounding to arrive and settle
• Guided intention-setting

• Immersive sound bath (crystal bowls, chimes, layered sound)

Mats, blankets and disposable eye makes will be available

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in
