-Parents are asked to circulate the information stations in the cafeteria, eventually ending with the schedule pick up station.
Among the various information stations, you will also have a chance to purchase PE clothes (Shirt $10, Shorts $10, both $18, and locks are free.)
Please plan to bring immunization records to be scanned and emailed to our Health Services clerk at [email protected], obtain parent portal login information if needed, and complete BOTH the annual contact update and income verification forms online here. Feel free to complete these steps ahead of your visit to save time. Schedules will NOT be released if the immunization records, annual contact update, and income verification forms are not completed.
