Hello one and all,

This is our 7th annual Night of Lights Adult Prom hosted by Meadville, Pa Shimmy Mob.

This years event will take place on Saturday, March 15th, 2025 at Rainbow Gardens in Erie, Pa. Located at 220 Waldameer Park Road, Erie Pa.

This is an adult only, Formal attire prom.
Must be 21 years of age or older to attend.

Dress code is formal. So men must be in a suit or tuxedo, and women in gowns, cocktail dresses, or pantsuits. No Jeans.

Upon entering the venue you will find the following as the event will go as follows.

5:30 - Doors will open, and we will have staff on hand to check you in. Prom tickets must be printed out, or you can have your tickets pulled up on your phone. Upon check in you will receive your wristband.

We will have a table set up to purchase raffle basket tickets. Raffle tickets must be purchased with cash.
Ticket price will be. $5 - Per sheet of 10
* Donating a basket you'll receive 5 raffle basket tickets. Please bring your baskets with you the date of the event & give to the staff at the raffle basket table to receive your 5 tickets. Please let us know prior so we can make sure we have enough table space for all the baskets.

We will have a table set up for the Game of Chance tickets. These tickets must also be purchased with cash.
Ticket price will be as follows.

$1 - 1 Ticket
$ 5 - 5 Tickets
$ 10 - 15 Tickets

There will be a Photobooth set up, along with props for those wanting to take photos with their own phone.

6:30 - 7:30 - We will have a delicious dinner buffet set up this year. Our caterer will one again be Leanna Miller Catering.
Dinner will consist of:
- Tossed salad with your choice of ranch, French, and oil & vinegar.
- Baked Chicken
- Roast Beef
- Homemade Mashed Potatoes & Gravy
- Green Beans
- Homemade bread and butter

The amazing desserts this year will be from Cutie Cakes by Jaci. You can check her amazing work out on facebook. We will also be graced by delicious treats from Laurie Lewis.

This will be a BYOB event. So we will not have a bartender. You are welcome to bring your own drinks. We just ask any coolers brought in be small enough to be kept under your table. Larger coolers be kept in your vehicle. You are also welcome to bring any snacks you may want to bring.
7:00 - Last call to get tickets into bags for the raffle basket drawing
7:15 - Tickets will be pulled & attached to baskets.
7:30 - Announce winning number of Game of Chance. Must be present at time number is pulled.
- You can start checking numbers on the baskets. Must show winning number to our D.J. To take your prize.
- Any unclaimed prizes at end of the evening will be donated to our next event.

Our D.J. This year will be MBK Productions & Entertainment with D.J. Kevin Tomlin the K-Man. He will be delighting us with dinner music while eating, and then filing the venue with fun upbeat music we can dance the night away.

Ticket price is $75.00 - Per Person. Includes Prom Dance, Dinner & Gratuity & Dessert.
Tickets MUST BE purchased by 6:00 A.M. on Saturday, March 1st, 2025, No exceptions, No extensions due to the head count has to be turned into the caterer.

There will be no refunds on tickets as this is a fundraiser for our local Women's Services Shelter.
Women's Services is a non-profit organization who provides hope and resources for those affected by violence and advocates to end it. Since 1977 Women's Services has worked to help victims of domestic violence and sexual violence. Women's Services provides shelter, counseling & therapy, education & training.
