Brick City Solstice Liability Waiver and Release of Claims

By registering for and participating in Newark Yoga Movement’s Brick City Solstice, I understand that I will be at a public event where photos and video will be taken. I grant permission for photos or video taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes only as part of this event. If I prefer not to be photographed, I will notify event staff upon arrival.

By registering for and participating in Newark Yoga Movement’s Brick City Solstice, I understand that yoga, meditation, movement, and related activities involve physical activity and inherent risks, including the risk of injury. I agree to participate at my own pace, within my own limits, and to stop or modify activity as needed. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

I hereby indemnify, release, and hold harmless NJPAC from any claims or liability arising from my participation, however caused.

I release and hold harmless Newark Yoga Movement, its directors, officers, instructors, volunteers, partners, sponsors, and venue representatives, including NJPAC, from claims or liability arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law.
