This year’s theme, “Who Are the People in Your Neighbourhood?” dives into the power of connection, support, and shared experience among first responders. Whether you're Police, Fire, EMS, or a wellness ally, this event is packed with insights tailored for your mental wellness at work and at home.

The day will begin with our guest speaker Jim Davies, an author and professor in the Department of Cognitive Science at Carleton University. His work has shown how people use visual thinking to solve problems, and how they visualize imagined situations and worlds.
