Host: Cheryl Briggs from Salty Mermaid Sea Glass
3 Color options to choose from!
Create a beautiful 7" light-up sea glass tree using genuine sea glass, hand-picked from the islands. Layer and arrange your sea glass to create a one-of-a-kind coastal tree that glows beautifully when illuminated. No experience is necessary, and all materials and step-by-step instruction are included.
What makes this workshop especially meaningful is the story behind the glass. Each piece is personally collected by hand during island travels, with a commitment to giving back to the communities where the sea glass is found. Trips often include bringing extra luggage filled with basic essentials for local families in need, while also sharing ideas for how natural resources like sea glass can be transformed into handmade goods that support tourism and create additional economic opportunities.
You’ll leave with a beautiful light-up tree, but also with a piece of the islands and the story behind the glass used to create it.
Finished size: Approximately 7" tall
Skill level: Beginner friendly
Included: Genuine island-sourced sea glass, light-up tree form, supplies and step-by-step instruction
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the class will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 72 hours and 7 days before the class will receive a class credit to use toward a future Salty Mermaid Sea Glass workshop.
