Laurel Carter : Laurel Carter is a Licensed Somatic and Integrative Psychotherapist, Eating Disorder Therapist, and Trauma-Informed Eating Recovery Coach. She has been practicing psychotherapy for 15 years and specializes in trauma-informed care, working with female-identified individuals who desire to reclaim autonomy over their life, feel body sovereignty, find their voice, and live in their Truth.
Gnosis Rena : Gnosis is a longtime yogi, she grew up with Kundalini yoga with the 3HO, the Healthy Happy Holy organization, and was doing yoga, movement, and song since before she could walk. Gnosis has over 1000 hours of various modalities of movement training. Gnosis now shares a part of her new yogic practices with all who have an interest. Along with her Therapeutic Hypnosis certification and practice, Gnosis practices the yoga of being. Being Still, Being Happy, Being Love. Join Gnosis and her practices so that you can share your own yoga of being.
