Welcome to the Moonlit Floating Meditation & Sound Bath on Paddleboards event! Experience a magical evening at Jaybird Hammock Farm where we will immerse ourselves in the soothing sounds of nature and experience deep relaxation under the moonlit sky.
With the serene ambiance of nature as your backdrop, you launch onto the calm waters of our spring -fed pond.
Guided by experienced leaders, you embark on a journey of meditation atop your paddleboard. As you paddle further from the shore, the worries of the day fade away, replaced by a profound sense of connection to the natural world surrounding you. Your paddleboard attached to an anchor line, you can float, relax and enjoy the full experience.
With each breath, you sink deeper into a state of mindfulness, attuned to the gentle rhythm of the water beneath you. The leader's soothing voice encourages you to let go of tension and embrace the present moment fully.
