Rise and shine with the 6am Club at the iconic Bognor Bandstand!
If you’re new to Sound Waves & Wellbeing, you’ll soon see that we’re all about creating space to slow down, reconnect, and simply be.
Our sessions are designed to bring people together through relaxation, movement, breath, and mindfulness — offering time away from the busyness of everyday life to find calm, reset, and enjoy the beauty of our surroundings.
These Yin Yoga sessions are all about slowing down, finding your calm, and creating space to unwind and recharge.
Yin Yoga is a slower, mainly floor-based practice where poses are held for longer, allowing the body to soften and release tension gently. It’s an opportunity to tune into your body, quiet the mind, and reset before the weekend.
Sessions will go ahead whatever the weather (unless there’s heavy rain) and will be adapted to include breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement so we can still come together and enjoy the space regardless.
A calm, welcoming space for all abilities — whether you’re completely new to yoga or already have a regular practice.
Please note that Yin Yoga involves longer-held stretches and stillness within the body. As with any movement practice, it’s important to listen to your body and only do what feels right for you. If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns, please let me know before the session so I can offer suitable adaptations where possible.
