Join us on Wednesday 13 May for an insightful and practical talk with Lynn Ahman, Registered Nurse, holistic health practitioner, and one of only two practitioners in New Zealand offering the globally recognised NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback system.

With a rich background in brain injury rehabilitation, community and older adult care, and advanced studies in medical biochemistry, pharmacology for older adults, and mental health, Lynn combines both clinical expertise with real-life wisdom, including raising five home-schooled children.

In this session, Lynn will cover:

• Why memory and focus change, and what helps
• Practical strategies to support clarity, calm and resilience
• How Neurofeedback can support brain optimisation

This month we're exploring what that means, not in a grand, dramatic way, but in the small everyday moments that matter. Speaking up, asking for what you need, and saying the things you've been quietly sitting on.

We'll look at what gets in the way, share some stories, laugh a lot, and walk away with a couple of simple tools for the moments when it counts.
