This 6-week course with Beate Trück helps you strengthen your brain’s capacity for resilience, positivity, and inner calm. Based on neuroscience and practical tools, it shows you how to overcome the brain’s negativity bias, take in the good, and grow lasting inner resources such as joy, strength, and self-compassion.
Each session combines teaching, guided practice, and group sharing, with home exercises to support integration. The course is ideal if you already have some mindfulness or meditation experience and want to deepen your practice.
