About Manuel Ferreira:
Manuel is a senior Level 2 Authorized Ashtanga Yoga Teacher with over 20 years of experience. He has studied with Guruji Sharath Jois in Mysore, India, and teaches with a focus on intelligent movement and a healthy practitioner attitude. His extensive teaching background across 20 countries makes him adept at guiding everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners.
