About this Event

This will be a hands on class, we will prepare and enjoy these tasty treats as we make them. Including Seared Tenderloin, Portabella and Fresh Mozz Crostini, Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs and Brie and Smoked Sausage in Puff Pastry.

About your teacher: David is a career chef with decades of experience in everything from fine dining to food trucks. He was saucier for the Parker House Hotel, Executive Chef for the Harborview Dining Room at the Boston Federal Reserve Bank, Executive Chef for Suffolk Law School, and Chef/Proprietor of Brother Trucker Commissary and the Go Fish truck.
