• Brazilian Cheese Bread (Pão de Queijo)
• Hearts of Palm & Avocado Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette
• Batatas Assadas (Garlic and Herb Potato Wedges)
• Grilled Skewers: Garlic Picanha (Top Sirloin) & Spiced Chicken with Chimichurri
• Grilled Pineapple with Spiced Caramel and Coconut Whipped Cream
