Experience a day of discovery & empowerment in person with us. This event is packed with fun, culture, and community vibes. It's the perfect chance to connect, learn, and celebrate freedom together. Don't miss out on this unforgettable celebration! Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Doors open at 9:30 am.

This event is focused on families of children in K-5th grade but all families are welcome. "Black History is American History" so come and learn and be empowered by history and legacy. Come early because the day will begin with a dramatic delivery of drums and poetry followed by several learning opportunities. It will end with more drums and a dance performance by the Namari Dance Company. It's the perfect chance to connect, learn, and celebrate freedom together. Doors open at 9:30 am.
