Hey everyone! I would like to invite you all to join me on a 5k walk or ruck at Hayswood park on Saturday July 18th at 9am .Whether you want to carry a weighted pack or just walk, come get some fresh air, movement and meet people in the community. All fitness levels and paces are welcome. We will meet by down by the creek and walk the trail towards downtown. Hope to see you there!
Free post-workout protein shakes will be provided while supplies last!
