5k Steps Quayside Walk for Menstrual Health & Period Poverty

Join us for a meaningful 5K Steps Walk along the iconic Newcastle Quayside, starting and finishing at Baltic Square. This community walk brings women and girls together to raise awareness of the impact menstrual health has on daily life and to support the fight against period poverty.

As we walk across the Gateshead Millennium Bridge and along the riverside, we’ll spark conversations, share solidarity, and take steps toward change.

All fitness levels welcome—come walk, connect, and be part of a movement creating dignity, access, and awareness for all.

Tshirts will be available to purchase on the day for £6.
