530am Vedic Yoga & Meditation

Join us for daily Yoga Asana (Postures) Pranayama (Breathwork) & Dhyana (Meditation) 4 Classes/Day with Ayurveda, Yoga & Vedic Sciences Q&A after class.
Ayurveda, Yoga & Vedic Sciences’ purpose is to find your true self & life purpose, rebalance body & mind health, and claim your wealth. All levels are welcome to participate.
The 530am Morning Yoga practice includes 45 minutes of (Asana) postures to heal the body and mind, and secondarily build muscle tonality & flexibility. In addition, Yoga postures gently activate marmani (“acupressure” points) to bring the body and mind back to balance. Vedic Yoga practice also includes 5 minutes of prāṇāyāma (प्राणायाम), “control of lifeforce/breath”) exercises to increase the lifeforce (“prāṇa”) throughout the body and up to 90 minutes of silence/Medic*tion.
NOTE: You may attend partially or entire session.
You will benefit by re-discovering your true Self; and secondarily experiencing increased energy, endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, as well as be more balanced in your emotions throughout the day.
The Saturday morning yoga class is immediately followed, at 8am, by an Ayurveda and Vedic Sciences community class where questions to your health/wellness concerns and curiosities are answered from an Ayurvedic perspective.
