Five-week Yoga course starting on Monday the 24th of November at Pontypridd Museum. Everyone is welcome, we will start slow and build up. Come and lower stress, increase your energy levels and build strength in body and mind. We will work in a gentle way through the Asana, Pranayama and Kriya of the Gitananda Yoga tradition.
If you are looking to join an ongoing class - every course is different.
What is included?
🟠Five one hour classes of traditional Gitananda Yoga - if you miss a class for any reason, you are welcome to attend any other class in the schedule - at a time that suits you.
🟠Access to short online videos if you would like to practise at home between classes. Handouts to learn more about Yoga.
🟠Organic chocolate to welcome you to class one.
🟠A Gong Bath relaxation in class five.

Usual price - £37 for 5-weeks or £70 when booking for 10-weeks in advance.
