A bilingual workshop where we will go root to crown in the forest of memory and imagination. To reach around a tree in our writing to remind us of our connection to trees and how this can help us achieve a state of equilibrium. No prior writing experience needed; bring a curious heart and a desire to play on the page
clare potter loves poetry in the woods, by the ash tree.
She facilitates creative wellbeing workshops about nature connecting.
She makes radio, directed a BBC documentary, translated for the National Poet of Wales, was a Hay Festival Writer at Work.
Her Cymraeg pamphlet Nôl Iaith follows new collection Healing the Pack.
clare is the 2025 RSL Jerwood Poetry Award winner for Cymru and will be a participant in the Llif European languages retreat as an ambassador for the Welsh language.
She is the newly appointed Artist in Residence for Rhondda Cynon Taf and is a poetry therapy practitioner trainee.
