Join us for a fun 45-minute moderate intensity Zumba class lifting your spirits and fueling your joy!

Wear your sneakers and bring your fun, this dance fitness class is open to all levels of fitness and experience (yes, even those with 2 left feet).

Virtual attendance is an option.

UNDERAGE PARTICIPATION: Children are welcome here! Children aged 15 and younger can attend for free with a participating adult that has RSVP’d - no child registration necessary just please give us a heads up beforehand. Ages 16-17 need to pay/RSVP and have a participating adult also RSVP and supervise them. Ages 18+ require payment/RSVP, no accompaniment is necessary.
