No movement required, just relax and enjoy.

No two sessions are the same , you may experience a variety of healing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, harp and more. We love to offer something different each time you come. Every journey is intuitively guided to meet you exactly where you are, offering what your energy needs most in the moment.

Whether you're releasing stress, moving through emotional blocks, or simply seeking stillness, this is your time to rest, realign, and receive.

Allow these instruments and meditation to help reset your mind and body.

As a Reiki Master, Staci will infuse the room with Reiki to add a beautiful healing to your session.

Dress comfortable, bring your pillow and blanket for extra comfort. Most people do get cold during sound journey.

Arrive 15 minutes early as we will lock the door shortly after. No entry after we begin.
