Step away from the hustle and bustle of your busy day and immerse yourself in a tranquil oasis of sound with our Lunchtime Sound Bath Meditation. This rejuvenating experience offers a blissful respite from the demands of daily life, inviting you to nourish your mind, body, and spirit in the midst of your workday.

As you settle into a comfortable position, you will be guided through a gentle meditation journey, enhanced by the soothing tones of the gong, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other melodic instruments. The ambient soundscape created will lull you into a state of deep relaxation, melting away stress and tension accumulated throughout the morning.

During this brief 45 minute yet potent session, you'll have the opportunity to quiet the chatter of the mind, cultivate mindfulness, and reconnect with your inner sense of calm and balance. Each sound wave will wash over you, promoting a sense of harmony and tranquility from within.

Join us in this sacred space as we embark on a journey of inner exploration and renewal, one sound wave at a time.

Dress comfortable. Feel free to bring a light sheet or blanket but not required.

Arrive by 11:50am. Sound Meditation will be begin at noon. No entry after we begin. You will be finished and out the door by 12:50pm. Feel free to stay and chat. No refunds but you can give to a friend to use for the same date.
