4th Plunge & Pint at The Oxford Taproom

We are super pumped to hold our 4th Plunge & Pint Event at The Oxford Taproom! We've had such a blast that we are going to keep spreading the good times! Come on out and take the plunge and have some fun getting out of your comfort zone!
This in-person event will be held at The Oxford Taproom where Mandy will teach you about cold water immersion and be safely guided by herself, a SHERPA Breath & Cold Facilitator through a cold plunge that will rock your world. Afterwards your tastebuds will be swimming and ready for a beverage of your choice included in your ticket :) Delicious food will be available for purchase as well. One of the focuses of this event will be tips and tricks on how to add this modality into your wellness routines.
