We offer a variety of activities and games suitable for all ages, along with our traditional 4th of July parade. Join in on our watermelon-eating contest with prizes, or dress in your patriotic best for a chance to win a family membership or the equivalent in gift shop items. Meet Teddy Roosevelt (an impersonator, of course) or dunk a red coat in this year's dunk tank. Enjoy tasty food from both new and returning vendors, and much more!
In honor of America's 250th anniversary, supported by an ND250 Community Initiative Grant, visitors can watch the printing process and take home a historic reproduction of the Declaration of Independence printed on a 1890s press in the Hunter Times building.
