CFA Society Toronto Canada’s leading society for Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholders is proud to announce the 4th Annual Women in Finance Conference themed All Angles Covered: Embracing Women’s Diverse Identities in Finance taking place on Thursday February 27 2025.  

Women in finance are more than just professionals; they are multitaskers seamlessly balancing multiple personal and professional roles. This constant balancing act isn't just about managing responsibilities—it's about owning their authenticity in every facet of life including in the workplace. The 4th Annual Women in Finance Conference will be an inspiring celebration of International Women’s Day where the conference will explore how women balance their diverse identities overcoming several unique challenges to define who they are in their professional life. 

This year’s discussion will address how to navigate the complexities of women’s identities and cover a wide range of realities including the experiences of mothers wives women early in their careers and those with minority backgrounds such as from the Indigenous community. Guests will highlight how embracing their diverse identities has empowered them to succeed in the corporate world offering a wealth of perspectives on resiliency leadership and personal growth.
