4th Annual Ownership Economy Summit
About this Event
The 4th Annual Ownership Economy Summit, held in New York City, on October 1st, 2026 will bring together a select group of investors, entrepreneurs, policy-makers, and thought leaders. The event will explore the people and ideas behind the technology, economics, and laws that are reimagining how the economy can work for everyone. Panelists and breakout sessions will feature leaders that are constructing a better economy, one based on broad-based ownership and democratic governance.
The timing couldn’t be more urgent. AI is transforming who creates - and captures - value. Independent work is outgrowing the traditional safety net. Housing and energy costs are straining communities. Data, infrastructure and capital are concentrating in fewer hands.
This summit is about the alternatives already being built:
- Employee ownership, job quality and portable benefits
- AI, data rights and who owns the inputs to intelligence
- Community energy, housing and land stewardship
- Ownership-focused investing and community-controlled capital
- Onchain coordination and programmable governance
- Policy, legal structures and mission-preserving companies
Expect two tracks with one focused on ideas and one more technical, hosted lunch conversations, curated networking, a closing reception and optional dinners—all designed for the people actively moving this field forward. Speakers below.
