Join me on Monday to help center your nervous system through the soothing sounds and vibrations of my Himalayan Therapeutic Bowls. The wood floors amplify the vibrations, allowing you to fully experience the healing power of sound.
The session will begin with gentle breathwork and meditation, followed by the main event with the bowls, concluding in a peaceful moment of stillness.
All mats, blankets, pillows, and eye masks will be provided!
